Michael served in senior recruitment roles in the Commercial and Technology sectors with global recruitment companies Kelly Services Inc and S.com plc before deciding to strike out on his own and form Idealpeople in March 2001. Unafraid to challenge established practices and ideals, Michael has ensured continual growth and profitability since day one for Idealpeople. Michael is well-known through the technology industry and has been a regular contributor to professional and academic publications in the area of technology staffing and recruitment. Still a very successful hands-on Recruiter as well as an evangelist for innovative candidates sourcing and screening techniques, Michael’s leadership style has enabled the continual growth of the Idealpeople team. Before committing to Idealpeople, Nick enjoyed a highly visible four-year stint as a Principal Consultant with VisionIT. A partner and stakeholder in the business, Nick now holds responsibility for leadership of the existing team, and sales growth. Also still a hands-on recruiter, Nick’s innovative Recruitment Management techniques and his experience with handling highly technical Recruitment campaigns has been largely responsible for Idealpeople’s success. He brings a wealth of experience to the company.
Anthony has a wealth of experience across all areas of recruitment. On the agency side he has considerable expertise in the IT sector at all levels and has worked closely with organisations such as Cap Gemini and KPMG Consulting. He has also worked directly with a number of dynamic and demanding clients such as Yahoo!, Loudcloud/Opsware and Digex/MCI. In addition he has considerable experience in senior commercial Human Resources positions. He brings great experience and expertise to the group.
