Idealpeople are delighted to announce a new hire at our Beachampton HQ, which co-incides with the inception of a new Division, which will focus purely on recruiting Sales & Marketing professionals in the £30K - £150K salary bracket for world-class technology companies.

Idealpeople have successfully recruited Sales and Marketing professionals since our inception in 2001 - however, we are fully aware of the specialist demands required to source and screen A-player Sales and Marketing candidates, and our background and reputation will enable us to offer an improved and specialised function in this area, across all of our established vertical markets.

The Sales & Marketing division will focus on supplying fully screened, "hidden" candidates, often into unadvertised positions which the jobseeker market wouldn't otherwise know about.  Using established Idealpeople search methodologies, we are able to cut both cost-to-hire and time-to-hire through the provision of talent from the passive jobseeker pool - which makes up some 65% of the UK's population - backed up with existing contingency methods to ensure full market coverage when working on appointments.
