Lead Associate

During your probationary period with Idealpeople, you will be trained as an Associate Consultant in order to ensure that your progress to Senior Associate is as smooth and comprehensive as possible. The difference between the two roles is simply that as Senior Associate you could have responsibility for the full life-cycle of the recruitment process whilst as an Associate you will be allocated aspects of the process in order to give you time to fully grasp each one.
